Overview

Complete DPC & Wound Care is committed to providing high-quality, timely medical care while respecting the time and resources required to do so. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and membership terms are handled for Direct Primary Care and wound care services.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership

Membership Fees

  • Direct Primary Care services are provided through a monthly membership fee

  • Membership fees cover access, availability, and ongoing care — not per-visit billing

  • The practice does not bill insurance for DPC services

Minimum Commitment

  • DPC membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment

  • This ensures continuity of care and fair access for all members

Cancellations

  • After the initial commitment period, membership may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice

  • Membership fees already paid are non-refundable

  • Membership is not intended for short-term or one-time use

Appointments and Missed Visits (DPC)

  • Same-day or next-day access is provided when available

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may limit future scheduling availability

  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of membership at the discretion of the practice

Refunds

  • DPC membership fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds for wound care or other services may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

    • Administrative or scheduling errors

    • Services not rendered due to practice-related issues

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Medical Judgment

Payment for services reflects the physician’s time, expertise, and medical judgment.
No refunds are issued based on dissatisfaction with clinical decisions, treatment recommendations, or outcomes.

This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
